经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗前列腺增生的临床应用体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨经尿道等离子体双极前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生的安全性与有效性。以积累临床经验,指导临床工作。方法：应用英国佳乐公司第三代等离子体电切设备行前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生108例,随访1~4个月。结果：最大尿流率从手术前（6.9±2.4）ml/s上升到手术后（18.6±3.4）ml/s,国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）从（26.3±4.8）降到（7.7±2.8）。结论：经尿道等离子体双极前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生是一种切实可行的新技术,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To assess the safety and efficacy of transure thralplasm akinetic resection of prostate （PKRP） for the treatment of prostate hyperplasia, for accumulating el inical experience in directing the clinical work. Methods： 108 cases of benign prostate hyperplasia （BPH） were treated by PKRP and had been followed up for 1 - 4 months. Results： The peak flow rate of urine increased from （6. 9 ±2. 4） ml/s to （ 18. 6 ± 3.4） mL/s after operation and the intemationa 1 prostate symptom score （IPSS） decreased from （26. 3 ±4. 8 ） to （7. 7 ±2. 8 ） . Conclusion： The PKRP is anew and feasible procedure for treatment of BPH.
