摘　　要：通过多年来开展药学服务的实践总结了门诊药师如何指导患者正确用药,提高药物治疗的依从性,保证患者用药的安全、有效、合理性,减轻药物不良反应的发生。Over the years the practice of pharmaceutical services,outpatient pharmacists how to guide summarizes the correct medication in patients and improve medication compliance,to ensure the safety of patients with medication,effective and reasonable to reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
