摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理在老年手术患者护理中的应用。方法通过术前访视、术中关爱患者、落实人性化操作,满足患者所需,提高患者对手术的信心和对护理服务的满意度。结果 "以人为本"的人性化服务既为病人接受手术营造良好的身心环境,同时又提高护理人员的综合素质,有效地提高手术室护理的整体形象。结论人性化护理在老年手术患者护理中的应用目的是提高病人对手术的信心,保证病人的安全,使手术顺利进行,同时也是手术室护理工作的重要组成部份。Objective Discuss the applications of Humanistic nursing in elderly surgical patients.Methods We can Increase confidence in surgical patients and their satisfaction with nursing services by Preoperative visit,Intraoperative care of patients,Implementation of the human operator and meet the required of patients.Results The purpose of humanistic nursing in elderly surgical patients is to increase confidence in surgical patients and ensure patient safety,the smooth progress of surgery,and is also an important part of nursing work in operating room.Conclusion ＂People oriented＂ human services not only create a good mental and physical environment for patient underwent surgery,but also improves the overall quality of nursing and effectively improve the overall image of the operating room nursing.
