摘　　要：阐述了快速路在我国大城市出现的背景,从土地利用空间结构、功能布局及快速路沿线土地利用性质、开发强度四个角度进行了详细的论述,并佐以实例,而后针对快速路对城市土地利用的影响提出了快速路与土地利用协调发展的建议。This article expresses the occurrence background of expressway in domestic cities,specifically discusses the land use space structure,function layout,land use properties along the expressway,and development intensity,and proves them with examples.Furthermore,in light of the impacts of expressway on urban land use,it proposes suggestion for the coordination development of expressway and land use.
