摘　　要：以卷材防水层为研究对象,通过分析常见建筑物的防水缺陷及影响因素,结合国内外的研究现状探讨了卷材防水层的渗漏原因,结果表明:防水层破坏根本原因是防水卷材的失效;当防水层满粘于基层时,防水层处于持续的应力作用下;在国内外,关于持续荷载和外界环境对防水层复合作用的研究基本上是空白。Taking the coiled waterproof layer as the research object, the paper according to the analysis of common waterproof shortage and influential factors of buildings, explores the reasons for the leakage of the coiled waterproof layer by combining with the research situation at home and abroad, proves the basic reasons for the waterproof layer damage is the ineffectiveness of the waterproof coiled materials, the waterproof layer is under the stress effect continuously when the waterproof layer is stuck to the foundation layer, and the composite effect of the continuous loading and the external environment on the waterproof layer is blank.
