摘　　要：建筑施工管理贯穿于施工的整个过程,是实现施工顺利进行的很重要的方面,对施工过程中的质量管理、安全管理、技术管理等方面进行了探讨,并引入了行业一些成功经验,从而为以后施工管理过程提供指导。Construction management runs throughout the whole construction process,and plays an important role in realizing smooth construction.The article discusses the quality management,security management,and technical management and other aspects in construction process,and introduces some successful experiences,which has provided guidance for future construction management.
