摘　　要：黔东南的苗族多居住于交通不便的雷公山、月亮山地区,经济发展水平较低,苗族传统习惯法中有独特的纠纷解决方式——"神判",在苗族村落社会内部长时期内起到很重要的作用。随着经济的发展,神判方式也发生了很大的变化,失去了原有的作用,但却并没有消亡,仍然在现代的司法实践中起着一定的作用,这种作用也是神判方式在苗族习惯法中的遗留反映。Qiandonnan Miao people in Guizhou live in Leishan Mountain and Yueliang Mountain region,which is inaccessible in traffic,and compared with the outside world,its economic development level is still poor.Miao traditional customary law has a unique dispute resolution-＂ordeal＂.Over the long term,It plays a very important role within the Miao Villages community.With the changes in the economic development,the ways of ordeal has changed greatly,and has gradually evolved,with losing the original effect,but it is not dead,still play a role in modern judicial practice.It also reflect on the left way of the ordeal in Miao customary law.
