摘 要:目的分析中重度哮喘学龄儿童雾化吸入不良反应原因,并提出对策。方法分析23例6~14岁哮喘急性发作儿童在雾化过程中由于环境、药物、吸入技术配合欠佳等因素引起的恐惧、心悸、肢体抖动、缺氧、喘息加重等不良反应,及时有效采取加强哮喘及雾化有关知识认知,专科人员全程陪护和心理干预,同步低流量吸氧,正确呼吸和有效咳嗽指导,联合医生减少吸入药物的剂量等个体化对策。结果所有病例全身心放松,正确完成吸入治疗,未出现病情加重;21例持续依从吸入治疗医嘱,未出现雷同的不良反应。结论个体化对策能避免哮喘患者再次雾化时出现雷同的不良反应,提高了吸入治疗的依从性。Objective To analyze causes of adverse reactions of atomizing inhalation for children with moderate to severe asthma and to provide corresponding individual nursing measures.Methods Adverse reactions such as fear,palpitation,limb-shaking,hypoxia,aggravating wheezing caused by factors such as environment,medications,inhalation skills were analyzed for 23 children.Corresponding measures including psychological intervention,guidance on inhalation skills were taken.Results All children completed the treatment without disease aggravation and 21 of 23 children accepted second inhalation therapy,which were with compliance with doctor's orders,and did not show any adverse reactions again.Conclusion Individual nursing could increase the compliance of patients for inhalation therapy and avoid adverse reaction effectively.
