应用改良充气加温毯对胃癌根治术患者术中体温变化的影响

摘　　要：目的对进口充气加温毯进行了改进并应用于胃癌根治术,观察其对患者核心体温变化的影响,为临床有效开展围术期体温保护提供指导。方法选取全麻下行胃癌根治术患者40例,采用随机数字表分为两组各20例,分别使用改良充气加温毯和进口充气加温毯对患者进行体温保护,记录患者入手术室时,麻醉时,麻醉后30、60、90、120、150、180、210、240 min、手术结束时的核心体温。结果改良充气加温毯组与进口充气加温毯组患者核心体温变化趋势的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各时间点核心体温比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改良充气加温毯可达到进口充气加温毯的保温效果,有效避免围术期低体温的出现。Objective To study the effect of improved-forced-air-warming blanket and import-forced-air-warming blanket on patients＇ body temperature changes during radical gastrectomy.Methods 40 patients undergoing radical gastrectomy were randomly divided into two groups： 20 patients in the group with improved-forced-air-warming blanket,and 20 patients in the group with import-forced-air-warming blanket.Tympanic temperatures were respectively recorded at the time points of entering the operating room,intubation and every 30 minutes after that until incision was closed.Results The change trends of patients＇ tympanic temperature in two groups were not statistically different.There was no statistically significant difference of tympanic temperature between improved-forced-air-warming blanket group and import-forced-air-warming blanket group at each time point.Conclusion Improved-forced-air-warming blanket can maintain stable body temperature as effective as import-forced-air-warming blanket.
