肿瘤患者PICC期间自我护理能力与健康行为相关分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)肿瘤患者的自我护理能力和健康行为水平状况及其相互关系。方法对102例肿瘤患者PICC期间采用一般资料调查问卷、自我护理能力量表、健康行为量表进行调查。结果肿瘤患者PICC期间自我护理能力得分为(89.16±19.75)分,80.4%患者处于中等水平;健康行为得分为(98.21±18.90)分,89.2%患者处于中等水平;自我护理能力与健康行为水平正相关(r=0.632,P<0.01)。结论肿瘤患者PICC期间自我护理能力和健康行为均处于中等水平,并且两者正相关,提示在制定和实施护理干预措施时,要重视提高肿瘤患者PICC期间自我护理能力,以改善其健康行为。Objective To discuss the status of self-care agency and healthy behaviors and their correlations among cancer patients with peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC）.Methods A total of 102 cancer patients with PICC were surveyed with the Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale（ESCA）,the Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile（HPL） and a questionnaire designed to determine the socio-demographic features.Results The score of ESCA was（89.16±19.75）,80.4% cancer patients was at a moderate level,and the score of HPL was（98.21±18.90）,89.2% cancer patients was at a moderate level as well.Moreover,the result showed there was a positive correlation between ESCA and HPL（r=0.632,P0.01）.Conclusion The level of ESCA and HPL in cancer patients with PICC is at moderate level,and there is a positive correlation between self-care agency and healthy behaviors.When nursing plan for cancer patients with PICC is designed and implemented,it is necessary to pay attention to enhance their self-care agency,so as to promote healthy behaviors.
