血栓通治疗慢性肺心病急性加重期临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察血栓通注射液治疗慢性肺心病急性加重的临床疗效。方法将75例入选患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用血栓通。结果观察组的显效率和总有效率显著高于对照组。两组治疗后肺动脉压、血气分析指标均较治疗前明显改善,治疗组优于对照组。结论血栓通能降低肺动脉压,改善血气分析,对治疗慢性肺心病急性加重期有良好疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xueshuantong injection on chronic cardiopulmonary disease at acute exacerbation stage.Methods 75 cases of such patients were divided into two groups randomly.The control group were given routine treatment.The treatment group were added with Xueshuantong injection on the routine treatment.Results The excellent effect rate and the total effect rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group.Pulmonary artery pressure and blood gas analysis were all improved obviously after treatment in both groups,especially in treatment group.Conclusion Xueshuantong injection can reduce pulmonary artery pressure,improve blood gas analysis,and have good curative effect on chronic cardiopulmonary disease at acute exacerbation stage.
