花虫胶囊对高原人体血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察花虫胶裳对高原人体血液流变学的影响。方法：将80名健康战士按体重随机分为随机分成花虫胶囊低剂量组、花虫胶囊高剂量组、阳性对照组及空白对照组4组，每组20人。分别于给药前、第15天服药后1小时抽血，用血粘细胞电泳自动计时仪检测并计算各项血液流变学指标。结果：4组在给药前切变速度分别为200s-1、30s．1、5s-1、1S-1时的血粘度、红细胞聚集指数均没有显著性差异（t9〉0．05），5个指标具有可比性。给药15天后花虫胶囊低剂量组在切变速度为200s-1、30s．1、5s-1、1s-1时对血粘度没有降低作用，花虫胶囊高剂量组在上述4个切变速度下对血粘度均有明显的降低作用，且2个剂量组之间存在量效关系。花虫胶囊2个剂量组对人体红细胞聚集指数均有显著降低作用，高剂量组的降低幅度大于低剂量组，且2个剂量组之间也存在量效关系。结论：花虫胶囊可以降低人体血粘度及红细胞聚集指教，具有活血化瘀的作用。。Objective： To observe the effect of Huachong capsules onto the blood rheology in the high altitude. Methods： Eighty health soldiers were divided randomly into four groups by body weight： Huaehong capsule low dosage group, Huachong capsule high dosage group, positive control group and vacant control group, 20 cases in each, they were treated with Huachong capsules, radix Notoginseng capsules, and placebo respectively. Their blood rheology index were measured at before administration of Huachong capsule, one hour after administration for 15 days. Results： Their blood rheology index, such as blood conglutination degree and hemagglutination index, between above four groups hadn＇t difference significantly at before administration of drugs （P〉0.05）, these index were comparable. After administration for 15 days, Huachong capsule low dosage group couldn＇t depress the blood conglutination degree when the shear speed was respectively 200s-l, 30s-l, 5s-l, ls-1, but Huachong capsule high dosage group could depress the blood conglutination degree at the above four shear speed. The relationship of dose-effection was presented between the Huaehong capsule two dosage groups. Huachong capsule two dosage groups could depress the hemagglutination index, the depressed degree of Huachong capsule high dosage group was higher than that of Huachong capsule low dosage group, the relationship of dose-effection was also presented between them. Conclusion： Huachong capsules could depress the blood conglutination degree and the hemagglutination index, promote blood circulation to remove obstruction in the channels.
