摘　　要：结核性渗出性胸膜炎是临床最常见的一种结核性胸膜炎，主要症状除具有结核中毒症状外，最典型的就是：胸痛、胸闷、气短。故探讨有效的治疗方法，使胸水吸收快，后遗症少，是多少代预防治疗结核病医务工作者不断探索追求的目标。Tuberculous：exudative pleurisy is one of the most common clinical tuberculous pleurisy, main symptom besides having tube rculosis poisoning symptoms outside,the most typical is chest pain, chest tightness, shortness of breath. So looking into effective treatments, make bosom water quickly absorb, sequela less.
