中药局部薰洗疗法对慢性肾功能不全的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察中药局部薰洗疗法对慢性肾功能不全的护理疗效。方法：将52例慢性肾功能不全患者随机分成治疗组28例，对照组24例。2组均给予控制血压，纠正酸中毒、电解质紊乱，给予优质低蛋白、低磷饮食及对症处理。治疗组使用中药局部薰洗治疗。对照组给予口服包醛氧化淀粉。结果：治疗组总有效稳定率为89．3％，与对照组75％比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；血尿素氮（BUN）、血肌酐（Scr）比较，治疗组治疗后与治疗前比较明显降低（P〈0．01），与对照组治疗后比较也有好转（P〈0．01）。结论：中药局部薰洗疗法对慢性肾功能不全有起效快、患者易于接受等特点，且无任何毒副作用，值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the effect of nursing on treating chronic renal failure by TCM fumigation. Methods： Divide 52 cases of patients with chronic renal failure into treatment group and control group, 28 cases was treatment group, 24 cases was control group. The two groups all were given the control of blood pressure, correctent of acidosis, electrolyte imbalance, high-quality low-protein, low phosphorus diet and symptomatic treatment. Treatment group was treated by TCM fumigation. The control group was treated with coated aldehyde oxidized starch. Result： The total effectively stable rate of treatment group was 89.3%, comparing with 75% of control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Result： The BUN and SCR of treatment group before the treatment was lower than that of after treatment, and impoved comparing with control group. Conclusion： Treating chronic renal failure by TCM fumigation is quick and easy to recive, and don＇t have any side effects, worthy of clinical application.
