摘　　要：目的:探讨老年患者心脏手术后腹部手术围手术期的外科治疗及管理经验。方法:回顾性分析15例老年患者心脏手术后腹部手术的临床资料。结果:患者麻醉效果满意,术中血流动力学维持较稳定,安全度过手术麻醉期。无围手术期心肌梗死及其他严重术后并发症,心功能恢复顺利,痊愈出院。结论:老年心脏病患者充分的术前准备,选择合适的麻醉方法,加强麻醉管理和维持心肌氧供需平衡,是降低手术风险的重要措施。Objective：To discuss the experience of management and surgery therapy on the aged patients with abdominal surgery after cardiac surgery.Methods：The clinical data of 15 aged patients with abdominal surgery after cardiac surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results：All patients experienced surgeries smoothly and maintain organs oxygen supply during surgery without miocardial infarction and other serious complications and left the hospital as completely cured.Conclusion：The sufficient preoperative preparation,optimal anesthetic procedures and management,and maintenance of balance of myocardial oxygen supply and consumption are the important measures to decrease surgery risk in the aged patients with abdominal surgery after cardiac surgery.
