摘　　要：目的:了解北京市朝阳区流动人口的儿童健康状况,为制定流动人口儿童的保健管理模式及健康干预措施提供参考。方法:对2003～2005年北京市朝阳区辖区流动人口儿童的保健资料进行分析。结果:3年间,参加新生儿访视的人数逐年增加,高危儿检出人数增加;流动人口的5岁以下儿童死亡率高于北京市户籍儿童(P<0.05);死因顺位与北京市户籍儿童相同;外地流动儿童保健管理率、系统管理率、儿童大体检率均较北京市户籍儿童低,参加保健的儿童体格发育与北京市户籍儿童相同,但佝偻病、贫血的发病率较户籍儿童高。结论:流动人口儿童参加保健的人数少,系统管理率低,儿童死亡率高,建议将流动人口儿童的保健管理工作作为今后的工作重点,努力降低流动儿童的死亡率。Objective：To understand the child health status of floating population in Chaoyang district in Beijing,provide a basis for making children health management model of floating population and health intervention measures.Methods：The children health care data of floating population in Chaoyang district in Beijing from 2003 to 2005 were analyzed.Results：The number of neonatal visit increased year by year,the detection number of high risk neonates increased;the mortality of children under 5 years old in floating population was higher than that in local population（P〈0.05）;the order of death causes of children in floating population and local population were the same;the rate of health care management,the rate of systematical management and the rate of physical examination of children in floating population were lower than those of children in local population,the physical development of children in floating population and local population were the same,but the incidences of rickets and anemia of children in floating population were higher than those of children in local population.Conclusion：The number of migrant children who participate in health care is low,the rate of systematical management is low,the mortality of children is high;it is recommended that the health care management work of migrant children is the key point to reduce the mortality of migrant children
