摘　　要：目的:了解江西省农村服务对象对计划生育(计生)适宜技术服务的评价。方法:采用分层抽样方法,对江西省5个示范县所抽对象进行计生适宜技术服务满意度问卷调查。结果:①共调查服务对象412例,均为女性,平均年龄为(29.71±6.17)岁;②"臭氧妇科治疗术"、"皮下埋植、放置IUD、药物流产术后减少阴道出血术"和"宫内节育器技术"的总有效率均在90.00%以上。总不良反应发生率低,为9.95%。③绝大多数服务对象对计生适宜技术服务的收费满意,占89.81%,"臭氧妇科治疗术"、"宫内节育器技术"、"皮下埋植、放置IUD、药物流产术后减少阴道出血和宫内节育器技术"和"输卵管通液术"收费满意度分别为100.00%、95.48%、85.31%、74.29%。④96.84%的服务对象表示愿意接受计生适宜技术服务。⑤服务对象对4项计生适宜技术服务很满意、比较满意者合计为89.81%。结论:江西省农村4项计生适宜技术服务效果好、不良反应轻微,符合安全、经济、高效的原则,易被群众接受,综合满意度高。Objective：To understand the evaluation of appropriate family planning technology services in rural areas of Jiangxi.Methods：Stratified sampling method was used to survey the satisfaction of family planning technology services among the study objects from 5 demonstration counties in Jiangxi by a questionnaire.Results：412 women were investigated,the average age was（29.71±6.17） years;the effective rates of ＂ozone gynecological healing＂,＂subcutaneous implantation,placement of IUD,reducing vaginal bleeding after drug abortion＂ and ＂intrauterine contraception techniques＂ were all above 90%.The incidence of total adverse reactions was low（9.95%）.Most of the service objects were satisfied with the charge of technology services,accounting for 89.81%;the satisfaction rates of ＂ozone gynecological healing＂,＂intrauterine contraception techniques＂,＂subcutaneous implantation,placement of IUD,reducing vaginal bleeding after drug abortion＂ and ＂hydrotubation＂ were 100.00%,95.48%,85.31% and 74.29%,respectively.96.84% of the service objects would like to accept the appropriate family planning technique services.The service objects were satisfied with the four kinds of family planning technique services,the total satisfaction rate was 89.81%.Conclusion：The effects of the four kinds of family planning technique services according with the principles of safety,economy and high efficacy in rural areas of Jiangxi are good,and the adverse reactions are mild,which are easily accepted by the common people with high comprehensive satisfaction.
