摘　　要：目的:了解影响流动人口孕产妇产前保健服务利用现状及其影响因素,为今后制定相关卫生工作政策提供参考依据。方法:分层随机抽取409例流动产妇进行问卷调查,调查内容包括社会人口学特征、孕产史、孕早期检查及产前检查次数等情况。结果:调查结果显示,流动人口中孕产妇初次产前检查平均孕周为(21.1±9.1)周,早期检查率仅为24.9%,平均产前检查次数为(6.2±3.6)次,≥5次的产前检查率为56.2%。影响产前保健利用及时性的主要有月人均收入及是否经产;影响产前保健利用足够程度的因素主要有婚姻、文化程度、配偶有无工作、月人均收入及是否经产。结论:流动孕产妇产前保健利用率低,产前保健利用的主要影响因素为婚姻、文化程度、丈夫有无工作、是否经产及经济因素。Objective：To understand the status and effect factors of prenatal health care utilization of migrant pregnant women in Nanjing,provide a basis for making related health care policies for floating population.Methods：409 migrant pregnant women were selected by stratified random sampling method,then they were surveyed by a questionnaire,the investigation contents included demographical characteristics,histories of pregnancy and delivery,examination at the first trimester of pregnancy and the times of prenatal examination.Results：The average gestational weeks of the first prenatal examination in migrant pregnant women was（21.1±9.1） weeks,the rate of early prenatal examination was 24.9%,the average times of prenatal examination was（6.2±3.6） times;56.2% of the women received prenatal examination for 5 times or more than 5 times.The main effect factors of prenatal health care utilization timeliness included per capita monthly income and multiparity or not;the main effect factors of prenatal health care utilization sufficiency included marriage,educational level,working or not of their spouses,per capita monthly income and multiparity or not.Conclusion：The utilization rate of prenatal health care in migrant pregnant women is low,the main effect factors of prenatal health care utilization include marriage,educational level,working or not of their spouses,multiparity or not and economic factor.
