摘 要:将小球藻与有效微生物菌群(简称EM菌)、小球藻与活性污泥、小球藻与EM菌及活性污泥在同等条件下进行固定化处理,形成藻菌胶球(分别简称为CE、CA、CEA藻菌胶球),研究了3种藻菌胶球对珍珠蚌养殖废水中TN、TP的去除效果以及光照度、温度对3者脱氮除磷的影响,同时以无包埋藻菌胶球作为对照组进行96 h持续去TN、TP实验。结果表明:(1)CEA藻菌胶球的TN、TP的去除效果总体比CA、CE藻菌胶球好。(2)在光照度为5 000 lx、温度为25℃、水力负荷为0.1 m3/(m^2.s)、光暗比为12 h∶12 h的固定实验条件下,CEA、CA和CE藻菌胶球的TN去除率峰值分别为91.16%、88.07%、80.45%,TP去除率峰值分别为84.67%、76.28%、77.81%。8~40 h,CA与CE、CEA与CE藻菌胶球对珍珠蚌养殖废水的TN去除效果具有显著性差异,该时段是CE藻菌胶球特殊的"适应期"。整个过程中,CEA、CA、CE藻菌胶球的TP去除效果无显著性差异,CE藻菌胶球也无"适应期"现象发生。(3)光照度影响实验中,CEA藻菌胶球的TN去除率在4 000 lx时达到峰值(91.41%),TP去除率在5 000 lx时达到峰值(83.49%);CA、CE藻菌胶球的TN、TP去除率都在5 000 lx时达到峰值。(4)CEA、CA、CE藻菌胶球的最适脱氮温度在25℃,而最适除磷温度在30℃。Chlorella pyrenoidosa was immobilized with effective microorganisms(EM),activated sludge,EM-activated sludge respectively and made into algae bacteria immobilization rubber ball under the same conditions,these algae bacteria immobilized rubber ball were called CE,CA,CEA for short.CE,CA and CEA were applied for treatment of pearl mussel aquaculture wastewater,the 96 h of successively experiment was conducted with non-embedded algae bacteria ball(NM) as the control group to investigated the effect of light intensity and temperature on TP,TN removal.The results showed that CEA was superior to CE and CA for TP,TN removal;under the conditions of light intensity was 5 000 lx,temperature was 25 ℃,hydraulic load was 0.1 m3/(m^2·s) and light/dark ratio was 12 h∶12 h,TN removal by CEA,CA and CE was 91.16%,88.07% and 80.45%,the corresponding TP removal rate was 84.67%,76.28% and 77.81%.There was an idiographic adaptation period for CE in prior 8-40 hours,in this period the TN removal by CE presented significant difference with that of CA and CEA,while this phenomenon was not fit for TP removal.For CEA,TN removal reach the highest of 91.41% at 4 000 lx of illumination,while the peak of TP removal(83.49%) was found at 5 000 lx.The optimum light intensity for CE and CA was 5 000 lx.The optimum temperature for TN removal was 25 ℃,the optimum temperature for TP removal was 30 ℃.
