摘  要:在厨余垃圾和活化后活性污泥质量比为4∶1,pH约为6.5的条件下,考察了温度对厨余垃圾厌氧发酵产物挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)组分及其产量、气体组分及其产量、COD去除率和发酵液pH的影响。结果表明,当温度为37℃时,乙酸和VFA产量在第4天达到最大值,分别为9.341、5.13 g/L,而VFA中乙酸占58%(质量分数)以上;气体组分中CO2是主要成分;COD最大去除率达到38.9%;发酵液pH没有发生较大的波动,基本在4.0-6.5变化。通过实验确定了厨余垃圾厌氧发酵产酸的最佳温度为37℃。Anaerobic fermentation of kitchen garbage was conduct under inoculation ratio of 4∶1,pH of 6.5 and different temperature,the effects of temperature on volatile fatty acid(VFA) production,gas composition,pH of fermented liquid and COD removal rate were investigated.The result showed that the optimum temperature for kitchen garbage anaerobic fermentation was 37 ℃,under this condition,the acetic acid and VFA could achieve the maximum yield of 9.34 and 15.13 g/L at the fourth day,acetic acid accounted for 58%(mass ratio) of VFA,CO2 was the dominate product in gas phase and COD removal rate could reach to 38.9%.There was no significant pH fluctuation during the anaerobic fermentation with pH value ranged 4.0-6.5.
