摘　　要：介绍一种瓷砖生产线自动拣砖系统以替代人工分拣作业。解决了国内现有瓷砖生产线拣砖工序由人工完成、生产效率低下、存在安全隐患等问题。系统以自主技术为核心,由输送机、光电传感器、PLC控制器、气动驱动器、电控柜协同工作,光机电气一体化,多机联动,实现瓷砖生产的全自动分拣。A ceramic tile production line automatic sorting system as an alternative to labor sorting operations is introduced in this paper,which solved the current problem exited in sorting process of domestic ceramic tile production line,such as performed manually,low productivity,security risks and so on.This system has a core independent technology and an optical electromechanical integration by the conveyor,photoelectric sensors,PLC control,pneumatic drive,control cabinet to work together to realize multi-machine interaction for achieving automatic sorting process on the ceramic tile production.
