生物质能产业发展在中国农村环保中的重要作用

摘　　要：畜禽粪便和农作物秸秆是造成农村环境污染的重要污染源,同时也是农村生物质能的主要来源。在社会主义新农村建设中,发展农村生物质能产业,不仅有利于治理农业面源污染,优化农村环境,还能有效缓解农村能源短缺,促进农村经济社会可持续发展。文章在分析了中国农村生物质能资源潜力、开发利用状况的基础上,结合可再生能源中长期发展规划,提出了生物质能产业未来的发展趋势。Livestock residue and straw are the major pollution sources to rural environment,at the same time the main source of biomass energy in rural areas.In building of new socialist countryside,the development of rural biomass industry will not only help controlling agricultural non-point source pollution,optimizing the rural environment,but also effectively alleviating the energy shortage,promoting sustainable development in rural economy and society.The potential and utilization situation of biomass energy resources in rural areas of China are analized in this paper.And the future development trends for biomass energy industry is put forward combining with ＂Mid-and-long-term Renewable Energy Development Plan＂.
