摘 要:针对高能激光系统中狭缝光阑的应用需要,提出了一种基于灰阶编码思想的狭缝软边光阑的设计方法.在标量衍射理论的基础上通过模拟计算,研究了狭缝软边光阑的衍射传输特性,并将结果与传统硬边光阑进行了比较.结果表明,光束通过这种光阑,高频衍射调制得到很好的抑制,光束质量有明显改善,并有较高的传输能量利用率.这为衍射光阑的制作及其在激光工程中的应用提供了新的思路和方法.In the need of the application of slot aperture apodizer in high-power laser system, aasea on the idea of gray-tone coding, a new method of designing slot aperture with softened edge has been presented. Based on the scalar diffraction theory, the intensity distribution of laser beam propagating through the slot aperture with softened edge and the spatial pinhole filter was calculated and contrasted with that of the traditional slot with sharp edge. It's shown that intense diffraction modulation could be restrained by this method based on gray-tone coding and consequently the quality of beams could be improved. Meanwhile, relatively high energy rate could be achieved. So the fabrication and application of diffractive aperture in laser engineering can be provided with a novel thread of thought by the study.
