摘 要:目的探讨干细胞治疗的脑疾病病种、年龄分布、细胞种类、移植途径、治疗效果,以利于指导临床应用和提高临床疗效。方法应用计算机检索2004-2010年中国期刊全文数据库(维普医药信息资源系统),检索词:"干细胞与脑"。限定文章语言种类为中文。共检索到352篇与主题有关的文献,其中20篇有价值的文章见参考文献。结果 (1)365例年龄为0.2~86岁,治疗的脑疾病有脑瘫、脑出血、脑梗死、脑萎缩等,其中脑瘫最多(35.6%);(2)移植细胞以自体骨髓间充质干细胞(bone mesenchymal stem cell,BMSC)和异体胚转化神经干细胞(embryonic neural stem cells,ENSCs)比例高(73.2%);(3)移植途径以腰椎管移植途径最高(49.9%);(4)治疗效果良好,不良反应少,6个月随访显示效果持续存在。结论干细胞疗法可以治疗多种脑疾病,适用年龄范围大,自体BMSC腰椎管移植途径可行性高,治疗有效。但干细胞疗法的效果需要更多的临床病例和随访资料证实。Objective To study the effect of cell therapy of cerebral diseases, involving the age range, cell type, transplantation method and clinical effect. Methods We searched the related publications from China journal full text database between 2004 and 2010 using the key words of "stem cell and brain". 352 papers were found relevant, but only 20 of them were of value (see references). Results ( 1 ) There were 365 patients, ranging in age from 0.2 to 86 years, with cerebral paralysis, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarct, cerebral alrophy. 35.6% of them had cerebral paralysis, the highest incidence among them. (2)The cell types transplanted were 73.2% for bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSC) and embryonic neural stem cells (NSCs). (3) The transplantation method was lumbar puncture (49.9%). (4) The treatment was effective with few side effects, but with persistent therapeutic effect on follow- up for six monthes. Conclusions The cell therapy can treat various brain diseases, with a wide age range. Most cells are transplanted by lumbar puncture, with good clinical effects. However, further study and long - term follow - up are needed.
