摘　　要：目的建立RP-HPLC法测定补肾强身胶囊中齐墩果酸的含量测定方法 ,以完善该制剂的质量评定标准。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,用外标法测定齐墩果酸的含量。色谱柱为C18(250 mmn×4.6 mm×5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸(85:15),检测波长为210nm,流速为1 ml/min,柱温为室温。结果齐墩果酸的进样量为0.05～1.00μg,峰面积与进样量之间线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)=0.73%。结论该方法简便,快速,可用于测定补肾强身胶囊中齐墩果酸的含量。Objective To establish a method for determination of oleanolic acid in Bushenqiangshen capsule by RP - HFLC. Methods The determination was carried out with C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm × 5um）, Using acetonitrile -0.5% acetic （85 ： 15） as the mobile phase and detected at the wavelength of 210 nm. （flow rate： 1 ml/min） Results Oleanolic acid showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.05 - 1.00 ug, r =0.9997. The average recovery was 99.80% and RSD was 0.73%. Conclusions The method was simple and quick, and can be used to determine the content of oleanolic acid in Bushenqiangshen capsule.
