利巴韦林葡萄糖注射液的安全性评价

摘　　要：目的　评价利巴韦林葡萄糖注射液的安全性。方法　观察利巴韦林葡萄糖注射液对小鼠的急性毒性，对家兔红细胞的体外溶血作用，对兔耳血管的刺激性和对豚鼠的致敏作用。结果　小鼠灌胃和静脉注射利巴韦林的ＬＤ５０ 分别为６３０９６ ｍｇ／ｋｇ 和１３８０４ ｍｇ／ｋｇ 。未见明显致敏作用及血管刺激性。在６ 小时内，未见体外溶血和红细胞粘集反应。结论　利巴韦林葡萄糖注射液对实验动物无明显毒性反应。Objective: To evaluate the safety of ribavirin glucose injection. Methods: The acute toxicity of ribavirin in mice, the haemolytic effect on rabbit red blood cell in vitro, the irritation on venae auricularis in rabbits and hypersensitization on guinea pigs were studied. Results: When ribavirin was administered introgastrically and intravenously, the median lethal doses were 6309.6 mg/kg and 1380.4 mg/kg, respectively. The hypersensitive reaction on guinea pigs, irritative symptoms on rabbit venae auricularis and haemolytic effect on rabbit red blood cell for 6 hours were not observed. Conclusion: The toxicity of ribavirin glucose injection was not significant in animals. Objective: To evaluate the safety of ribavirin glucose injection.
