戊己丸对胃溃疡模型大鼠IL-6、IL-8的影响

摘　　要：目的观察戊己丸对胃溃疡模型溃疡面积及炎症因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)表达的影响。方法采用幽门螺杆菌感染胃溃疡模型,随机分组,分别给药,采用ELISA法检测IL-6、IL-8含量与表达。结果戊己丸能缩小Hp感染致胃溃疡模型溃疡面积,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义;能降低模型动物血清炎症因子IL-6、IL-8水平,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论戊己丸能明显改善幽门螺杆菌致胃溃疡模型大鼠胃溃疡黏膜面积,明显下调IL-6、IL-8的表达。Objective：To discuss effect of Wuji Pill on ulcer area,IL-6 and IL-8 of rats with gastric ulcer.Methods：Models induced by Hp infection were divided randomly into 3 groups.Concentrations including IL-6 and IL-8 were tested by the ELISA method.Results：Compared with the model group,the ulcer area was shorten by Wuji Pill.Moreover,the IL-6 and the IL-8 were decreased by this drug.There were significant differences of these indices between the treatment group and the model group.Conclusion：Wuji Pill can reduce the ulcer area and the expression of IL-6 and IL-8 in rats infected by Hp.
