摘　　要：目的检测白细胞介素1(IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠模型血清中的水平。方法建立AA大鼠模型,根据X线片及组织病理学的特点证实造模成功。用ELISA法检测AA大鼠模型血清中炎性细胞因子IL-1、TNF-α的水平。结果与对照组大鼠比较,模型组大鼠血清中IL-1、TNF-α水平明显升高。结论模型组大鼠血清中含有大量的IL-1、TNF-α,提示IL-1、TNF-α在类风湿关节炎的发病过程中起着重要作用。Objective：To detect the expression characteristice of IL-1 and TNF-α in adjuvant arthritis（AA） rats model.Methods：AA rats model was established,the the serum level of IL-1 and TNF-α were determined by ELISA and the degree of pathogenicity as well as the pathological characteristice were assayed by histopathological techniques and joint roentgenography.Results：Compared with the control group,the IL-1 and the TNF-α were increased obviously in the model group.Conclusion：The serum level of IL-1 and TNF-α might involve in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis.
