微卫星标记在种子质检工作中的应用

摘　　要：采用微卫星SSR标记技术,建立主要农作物标准DNA指纹图谱,将其应用于种子质检工作中能够准确有效的进行品种鉴定和纯度检测。该方法比传统鉴定方法省时省力,对防止伪劣种子流入市场,加强种子管理,提高种子市场的种子质量意义重大。Applying simple sequences repeats marker technique on establishing standard DNA finger printing of main crop,which is highly accurate and effective method to variety certification and purity detection in seeds quality detection.It saves more time and labor comparing to traditional verification method,and has a great significance of preventing false and rogue seeds to market,strengthening seed administration,elevating seed quality in seed market.
