摘  要:对体外成熟33,41,49和57h的猪成熟卵母细胞进行孤雌激活,并对激活后孤雌胚胎的囊胚发育率进行观察.成熟率方面,33h组显著低于41,49和57h组,分别为52.54%,79.19%,93.25%和93.75%(p<0.05);卵裂率方面,41h组显著高于57h组,分别为92.26%和56.17%(p<0.05),其它3组之间没有显著性差异;囊胚率上,41h组显著高于33,49和57h组,分别为41.16%,11.96%,21.20%和26.92%(p<0.05).因此,体外成熟41h最有利于猪孤雌胚胎的囊胚发育.To determine the effect of delayed maturation time on development(cleavage and to the blastocyst) of in vitro maturation porcine oocytes that were electrically activated.At 33 h of maturation in the IVM medium,the percentage(52.54%) of oocytes extruded the 1st polar body significant lower than that at 41,49 and 57 h maturation(79.19%,93.25% and 93.75%).The proportion of embryos which been matured for 41 h that had cleavaged was significant higher than the proportion at 57 h(92.26% and 57.16,respectively,p〈0.05).Further,the oocyte matured for 41 h that had formed full blastocysts after electrically activated at a significant greater rate(41.16%,p〈0.05) compared with those matured for 33,49 and 57 h(11.96%,21.20% and 26.92%,respectively).These results indicated that delayed in vitro maturation time for pig oocytes to 41 h could support the development to blastocyst better in this study.
