摘　　要：为了实现在更换示波器的型号时,所开发的示波器程控软件不做修改的目的,设计了一种利用VISA和SCPI命令开发示波器程控软件的方法,并在LabVIEW平台下开发了示波器的程控软件。用户通过操作示波器的程控软件前面板,便可获取所测量信号的波形。该示波器的程控软件不仅可单独使用,也可被设计成一个独立的COM组件或者子程序以供其他测试程序调用。在实际测试时,将该示波器模块嵌入到某检测系统中,成功实现了对示波器的控制。For most oscilloscopes now,when the pattern is changed,its programe-controlled software has to be revised.In order to deal with this problem,VISA and SCPI are used to develop the programe-controlled software based on LabVIEW.Users can get the waveform of the signal through operating the software.The programe-controlled software can be used independently,and it also can be called by other test programs as program component or subroutine.In the test,the software is emeded in a test system,and it can cotrol the oscilloscope.
