摘　　要：郑观应的慈善公益思想有着丰富的内容和鲜明的特点,与同时代其他慈善家的思想一起汇合成了近代中国慈善公益思想的宝库。郑观应的慈善公益思想在中国构建和谐社会的今天有着重要的启示:中国政府应该承担更大的社会职能,以履行国家之善;在发挥政府社会职能的同时,中国要大力培育民间慈善组织,以推行社会之善;同时要在学习西方慈善文化的基础上重构适合中国本土的现代慈善文化,以促使人心向善。唯如此中国社会才能真正走上和谐发展之路。Zheng-guanying＇s charitable public thought had a rich content and striking features,he and other theoriest together made up China theory causes of charitable public thought.Zheng-guanying＇s charitable public thought has an important enlightenment in China today：Chinese government should shoulder greater social function to perform national charity;besides the social functions,Chinese government should develope non-governmental organizations to promote social charity;At the same time,China should study western charitable culture to build our modern charitable culture and promote charity in the heart.In this way Chinese society will be able to go to the harmonious development.
