摘　　要：胎儿宫内治疗性分流术是一种在超声引导下对严重影响胎儿病死率的腔内液体进行介入性治疗的手术方法。文章介绍了宫内分流术主要应用的范围,及其围手术期管理。Foeto-amniotic shunting is an ultrasoundguided, therapeutic intervention for drainage of persistent intraeavital fluid retention in severely affected foetuses with high risk of mortality. This artiel main shows us the diseases which would use the technique of Foeto-amniotie shunting, and the management around the operation.
