摘　　要：目的观察骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者血浆铁蛋白(SF)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平,较不同分型MDS间及与正常对照组间有无显著差异。方法将入选病例根据WHO分型,速率法测定LDH水平,化学免疫发光法测定β2-MG SF水平,比较MDS患者与正常对照组水平差异有无显著性以及不同分型MDS的SF、LDH、β2-MG水平差异有无显著性。结果 MDS与正常对照组血浆SF、LDH、β2-MG水平有显著差异;MDS组间比较结果:SF在难治性贪血(RA)组与伴多系病态造血的难治性血细胞减少症(RCMD)组、难治性贪血伴原始细胞增多症(RAEB)组均有显著差异,RCMD组与RAEB组差异无显著性;LDH、β2-MG在RA组与RCMD组无显著差异;RA组、RCMD组与RAEB组比较均有显著性差异。结论 MDS是一组造血干细胞肿瘤性疾病,其血浆SF、LDH、β2-MG水平与分型、病程相关,检测上述三项指标对MDS的诊断、疗效及预后评估有一定意义。Objective To study the clinical significance of changes in plasma levels of SF,LDH and β2-MG in patients with MDS.Methods Thirty four patients with MDS were enrolled in this study.Plasma levels of β2-MG,LDH and SF were measured by rate method and radioimmunoassay respectively.Results Plasma level of LDH in patients with MDS was significantly higher than that of healthy controls.Plasma levels of SF,LDH and β2-MG showed significant difference among different types of MDS groups.Conclusion Plasma levels of SF,LDH and β2-MG show positive correlation with leukemic cells,hence plasma levels of SF,LDH and β2-MG may be used as complementary indicators in diagnosis,prognosis and evaluation of efficacy of treatment in patients with MDS.
