摘　　要：随着旅游业的发展,对旅游人才提出了更高的文化素质要求。旅游文化课程作为一门文化知识课,同时也是一门旅游管理专业的基础课,在培养高素质的旅游人才方面有着重要的作用。旅游文化课程的优化是一个长期的过程,因为随着旅游业在不断地发展,旅游文化的内涵在不断地丰富,所以旅游文化课程的性质、内容、教学方法都有不断完善的必要。只有不断地优化旅游文化课程的教学内容、改善其教学方法,才能培养出更多的高素质旅游人才。With the development of tourism,tour personnel must have more cultural quality.Being a general knowledge course and a basic course of tourism management,the tourism culture course has an important role in training tour personnel.It is a long process to improve tourism culture course,because with the development of tourism,the content of culture course also becomes more abundant,so the character,content and teaching methods of tourism culture course must be improved.And the more high quality tourism talented persons can be emerging.
