摘　　要：质疑的对象是认为义旁表字义并注声的转注说。"转语"是同一民族语言内的音义变化。王力先生说:"上古,‘目’与‘眼’不同义(眼是眼珠)。"孙中运先生把王力先生的话篡改成"‘目’与‘眼’不同义"。"眼"来源于"艮"不来源于"目"。The object of disproval is the theory of mutually explanatory characters.The theory believes that meaningful character component indicates the meaning of the character and denotes the pronunciation of the character.＂Converted language＂refers to the sound and meaning change within the same language.Mr.Wang li stated that ＂In ancient times,＇目＇ has different meaning than ＇眼＇ does（＇眼＇means eyeball.）.＂ Mr.Sun Zhong-yun tampered this opinion as ＂＇目＇ has different meaning than ＇眼＇ does.＂ ＂眼＂ originates from ＂艮＂ instead of ＂目＂.
