摘　　要：城市交通与社会发展的关系已经成为社会各界普遍关注的重要问题,尤其北京、上海、广州等大城市,更是在交通与社会的矛盾、协调发展问题上投入了大量的科学研究并实施了诸多举措。我国大城市目前处于交通社会问题普遍存在和突发的阶段,但是缺乏从社会评价的综合角度加以分析城市交通,更不能全面的加以规范和引导城市交通的社会发展,通过构建城市交通社会评价的内容、原则、体系,从而能够更全面的认识城市交通问题,而不仅仅从城市交通自身的角度或者经济学的角度来单一评价解决城市交通,这种综合的社会评价能够带来更有效的治理手段。The relationship between transportation and social development has been an important issue of common concern by all sectors of society,especially in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and other big cities.A lot of science researches and initiatives had been put in transportation and social economic conflicts,and coordinating development issues.We are now in a stage that social problems of traffic widespread and burst,without analysis of the transportation from the comprehensive perspective of social assessment,without standardization to and lead the social development of cities transportation.So it is important to make up the the content,principles,and systems of social evaluation of urban traffic.As this is not just from the the perspective of urban transport or the perspective of economics,this integrated social evaluation can lead to more effective governance means.
