生物反馈电刺激治疗选择性绿激光前列腺汽化术术后膀胱过度活动症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察生物反馈电刺激治疗选择性绿激光前列腺汽化术(PVP)后膀胱过度活动症(OAB)的疗效。方法将60例前列腺增生症(BPH)经尿道PVP术后OAB的患者按就诊的先后顺序随机为试验组、对照组各30例,试验组予以生物反馈电刺激加口服氟哌酸胶囊;对照组单独予以口服氟哌酸胶囊,两组均连续予以治疗2周。结果实验组和对照组2周后有效率分别为90.00%、20.00%,1月后有效率分别为86.67%、16.67%,经χ2检验,实验组均优于对照组,组间疗效均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 生物反馈电刺激治疗PVP术后OAB安全有效。Objective To investigate curative effect of biofeedback and electrical stimulation on overactive bladder（OAB） after prostate hyperplasia resection.Methods Sixty OAB patients who underwent transurethral photoselective vaporization of the prostate（PVP） for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） and developed OAB after PVP were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 patients in each group.The patients in experimental group were treated with biofeedback and electrical stimulation therapy and oral norfloxacin capsule for 2 weeks.The patients in control group were treated with oral norfloxacin capsule alone for 2 weeks.Results The effective rates of the treatment in experimental group and the control group were 90% and 20% respectively 2 weeks after the treatment,and 86.67 and 16.67% respectively one month after the treatment.χ2 test indicated that there were significant differences in the effective rates between the experimental group and control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Biofeedback and electrical stimulation therapy is safe and effective for the treatment of PVP postoperative OAB.
