对和谐视角下的公安机关与媒体关系的思考

摘　　要：本文研究的是公安机关与媒体关系存在的问题及原因。在我国社会法制建设不断深化,媒体对公安工作的影响不断加强的背景下,构建公安机关与媒体互动、互利、矛盾、动态的和谐关系显得尤为重要。而当前公安机关在应对与媒体的关系中还存在对媒体认识不足、公安民警素质不高、公安民警沟通意识薄弱、机制不完善等问题。笔者的观点是构建公安机关与媒体的和谐关系应该从思想、培训、机构、制度、合作等多方面齐抓共管。This paper studies existing problems and causes between the public security organ and the media.In the deepening of our social legal system construction ceaselessly,continuously strengthening of media influence to public security work,constructing the harmonious relationship between the public security organ with media in interaction and mutual benefit,contradiction,and the dynamic is particularly important.But,the public security organ in coping with media relations still exists many problems,such as,the understanding is inadequate,the police quality is not high,the police communication consciousness is weak,mechanism is imperfect at present.The author＇s opinion is that constructing the harmonious relationship between the public security organs with the media should start from the both efforts of ideology,training,organization,system,cooperation aspects.
