摘　　要：介绍玉米自交系的提纯技术,包括制种地选择、合理密植、肥水管理及去杂去劣、套袋自交、自交单株的筛选、收获及贮藏等方面内容,以为提高玉米种子质量提供参考。This paper summarized the techniques of maize inbred line for purification from choosing the suitable seed production,rational close planting,irrigation and manure,rouging the weak,bagging inbred,selection of self-crossing single plant,harvest and store.The research provided references for improving the quality of corn seed.
