32.7%斯美地防除灯盏花苗床杂草的试验研究

摘　　要：为有效控制灯盏花苗床期的杂草,2009年选择灯盏花种植适宜区云南省玉溪市进行32.7%斯美地防除灯盏花苗床杂草试验。结果表明:32.7%斯美地(土壤熏蒸剂)对灯盏花苗床常见杂草具有显著的防除效果。斯美地300 mL/hm2除草30 d效果达90.95%,50 d达48.40%;70 d达34.36%;斯美地600 mL/hm2除草30 d效果达92.75%,50 d达61.36%,70 d达49.77%;斯美地900 mL/hm2除草30 d效果达95.20%,50 d达67.93%,70 d达63.53%;斯美地1 200 mL/hm2除草30 d效果达97.85%,50 d达84.04%,70 d达84.74%。该药剂对灯盏花萌发和苗期生长安全,对施药人员安全,可替代苗床手工除草,用药量以900～1 200 mL/hm2为宜。To control effectivly weed on seedling stage of Erigeron breviscapus（Vant.）Hand-Mazz,32.7% SMDC was used in Erigeronbreviscapus（Vant.）Hand-Mazz planting suitable area——Yuxi city of Yunnan in 2009.The results showed that the 32.7% SMDC（soil fumigant）had asignificant effects on weeds on seedling stage of Erigeron breviscapus（Vant.）Hand-Mazz.when the dosage was 300 mL/hm2,after planting 30,50,70days,the weed control efficacy was 90.95%,48.40%,34.36% respectively;When the dosage was 600 mL/hm2,after planting 30,50,70 days,the weedcontrol efficacy was 92.75%,61.36%,49.77%;When the dosage was 900 mL/hm2,after planting 30,50,70 days,the weed control efficacy was95.20%,67.93%,63.53%;When the dosage was 1 200 mL/hm2,after planting 30,50,70 days,the weed control efficacy was 97.85%,84.04%,84.74%.The chemical was safe for germination and seedling growth of Erigeron breviscapus（Vant.）Hand-Mazz as well as personnel that conducting theapplication,it can alter hand-weeding.The siutable amount was 900~1 200 mL/hm2.
