摘  要:棉铃虫是造成棉花减产的主要害虫之一,使用转基因抗虫棉和化学防治,可有效控制棉铃虫对棉花的危害。转Bt基因抗虫棉田棉铃虫2代百株累计卵量在400粒左右时,第1次防治时间应在300粒左右,随后如百株幼虫超过5头时应进行第2次防治;3代百株累计85粒左右时,第1次防治应在50~70粒开始,第2次应在百株幼虫45头时进行。Cotton bollworm(Helicoverpa armigera)is one of the most important insect pests of cotton that causes cotton yield severe loss.Using transgenic Bt insect-resistant cotton as well as chemical insecticides can effectively control its damage to cotton.When the accumulated eggs of the second generation of cotton bollworm reached about 400 eggs/100 plants in the transgenic Bt insect-resistant cotton fields,the first time spray of chemical insecticides should start at about 300 eggs/100 plants.Later,when the number of larvae reached over 5 larvaes per 100 plants,the second time of chemical control should start.When the accumulated eggs of the third generation of cotton bollworm reached about 85 eggs/100 plants,the first time chemical control should start at 50~70 eggs/100 plants,the second time of chemical control should begin at about 45 larvaes per 100 plants.
