摘　　要：采用微波助提法提取五角枫叶绿素,所得最佳提取条件如下:提取时间120 s、料液比1∶10、提取液pH值为7时,提取效果较好,提取完全、误差小、效率高。Extraction of chlorophyll from Acer mono Maxion with microwave assistance was studied.The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows：the extraction time was 160 s,the ratio of material to water was 1∶10 and pH value of extract was 7.The method extracted completely and had small error with high efficiency.
