摘　　要：目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定壮骨止痛颗粒中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法:采用Thermo C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(26∶74)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为270 nm,柱温为室温。结果:淫羊藿苷在0.01～0.07mg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.5%(n=6),RSD为0.85%。结论:本方法操作简便,精密度好,结果准确可靠。Objective：To determine icariin content in Zhuanggu Zhitong granule by HPLC.Methods：Thermo C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used.Acetonitrile-water（26∶74）was used as themobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detected wavelength was 270 nm,the temperature of column was controlled at room temperature.Results：The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.01-0.07 mg·mL-1 for icariin（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 99.5%（n=6）,RSD was 0.85%.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and reliable.
