摘　　要：目的:建立乌灵胶囊高效液相色谱化学成分特征图谱,为科学评价其质量提供可靠方法。方法:采用Kromasil 100-5C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈(A)-0.2%磷酸溶液(B)为流动相梯度洗脱(0～35 min,25%A→75%A),流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长248 nm,柱温30℃。运用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统2004年版(国家药典委员会)进行分析。结果:构建了乌灵胶囊的特征图谱,提取分离得到其特征性成分5-甲基蜂蜜曲霉素。结论:该方法准确,重复性好,可作为乌灵胶囊的质控方法。Objective：To establish the method of specific chromatogram analysis of chemical constituents by RP-HPLC with diode array detector（DAD） for the quality control of Wuling capsules.Methods：The specific chromatograms were obtained on an Kromasil 100-5 C18（250 mm×4.60 mm,5 μm） with the gradient elution solvent system composed of acetonitrile（A） and 0.2% solution of phosphoric acid（B）（0-35 min,25% A→75% A）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 248 nm.It was analyzed with the Estimating System of Similarity of 2004A Version（the Country＇s Pharmacopeia Committee） on the Chinese Medicine Fingerprint Chromatogram.Results：The HPLC specific chromatogram of Wuling capsules was established.5-methylmellein was extracted as the characteristic component of Wuling capsules.Conclusion：The method with good precision and reproducibility is reliable for the quality control of Wuling capsules.
