摘 要:超高水材料是一种新发明的采空区充填材料,水体积可达97%,水灰比可接近11∶1。针对近水平浅埋煤层超高水材料充填的难点,本文通过对超高水材料基本性能的研究,提出了阻隔式充填方法。该方法在采空区后方架设隔离墙抬高充填液面,使浆体迅速接顶,凝固后的固结体可控制顶板及上覆岩层活动,从而达到有效减缓地面沉降的目的。这是超高水材料充填开采技术在近水平浅埋煤层的首次应用,在田庄煤矿取得成功说明:超高水材料是性能良好的采空区充填材料;超高水材料充填开采技术是解放建筑物下压煤的一种先进的方法,是符合绿色开采方向的成果。Super high-water material is a new kind of filling material in goaf,whose water volume and water cement ratio can respectively reach 97% and 11∶1.Against the shortcomings of goaf filling mining with super high-water material for Nearly flat shallow seam,partition filling mining with super high-water material was proposed by studying the basic properties of super high-water material.By building separating wall In the rear of goaf,enabling filling surface elevation,rapid Contacted Roof,filling body can control overlying strata activity and slow down the land subsidence effectively,So as to slow down the surface subsidence.This is the first application in Nearly Flat Shallow Seam with super high-water material.The success in the Tianzhuang coal mine description here: super high-water material is a filling material with good performance in goaf and the technology of goaf filling mining with super high-water material is an advanced filling mining method under buildings and is also a result which conforms to the direction of green mining.
