摘　　要：目的:探讨先天性食道闭锁的护理方法。方法:观察并总结对3例Ⅲ型先天性食道闭锁患儿的护理经验。结果:术前及术后的呼吸道管理、术后胃管的保护是护理成功的重要环节。结论:根据新生儿的特点实施细心周到的整体护理,是护理效果满意的关键。Objective:To Discuss the respiratory nursing of pefioperative infants with esophageal atresia .Methods:To Sum up the experience of 3 cases of perioperative respiratory nursing to decrease the complications of lung.Results:The respiratory management and stomach tube protection of perioperative patients with esophageal atresia is important to increase the survival rate and decrease the postoperative complications. Conclusion: According to infant's specialty ,carrying out the carefully whole nursing is the keys of satisfactory nursing .
