中药坐浴联合抗生素治疗慢性附睾炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药坐浴联合抗生素治疗慢性附睾炎的临床疗效。方法:慢性附睾炎患者89例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,分别给予中药坐浴联合抗生素治疗和单纯抗生素治疗,对比其临床疗效。结果:治疗组47例,治愈28例,好转12例,无效7例,总有效率85.11%;对照组42例,治愈15例,好转13例,无效14例,总有效率66.67%。两组比较差异有显著性(p<0.05)。结论:抗生素同时辅以中药坐浴治疗慢性附睾炎能取得更好的疗效。Objective：To evaluate the effects of Chinese medicine sitz bath in Combination with antibiotics in Treatment of Chronic epididymitis. Methods：89 patients who were diagnosed as chronic epididymitis were randomly divided into study group（n=47） and control group（n=42）. The former received of Chinese medicine sitz bath in Combination with antibiotics treatment, and the latter only received antibiotics treatment. Results：there were 28 cases of patients were cured and 12 cases of patients were improved,the total effective rate was 85.11% in study group. There were 15 cases of patients were cured and 13 cases of patients were improved, the total effective rate was 66.67% in control group. Conclusion：Chinese medicine sitz bath in Combination with antibiotics is a safe,effective way of treating chronic epididvmitis.
