摘  要:目的:研究小通草多糖的提取工艺。方法:通过正交试验,采用苯酚-硫酸法,以测得的多糖含量为指标优选小通草提取工艺条件。结果:对提取效果影响因素依次为提取次数>料液比>提取时间>。最佳提取工艺条件为用16倍水提取4次,每次20min。结论:验证试验表明,该工艺稳定可靠。Objective To study the extraction technology of polysaccharide in Medulla Stachyuri and Medulla Helwingiae with water as extractor. Methods The optimum extraction was chosen through orthographic experiments by phenol-sulphuric acid method. Results The first factor affecting extractor productivity was extraction time,the second and the third ones were the volume of water and distill time. The best extraction conditions was to use water with the ratio of 1:16 in mass to extract 20 minutes by 4 times. Conclusion Checking experimentation showed that the technology was steady and reliable.
