摘　　要：介绍了由环境保护部发布的HJ/T 351-2007环境标志产品技术要求生态住宅(住区)标准的主要内容、评价方法,分析了标准的特点,并与GB/T 50378-2006绿色建筑评价标准进行了比较,以期更好地引导我国住宅产业的可持续发展。This paper introduces the main content and evaluation methods of HJ/T 351-2007 Technical Requirements of Environmental Label Product and Ecological Dwelling District issued by environmental ministry,analyzes the characteristics of the criteria,and compares it to GB/T 50378-2006 Greening Buildings Evaluation Standards,with a view to better induce sustainable development of domestic dwelling development.
